Return Policy

Guidelines

Welcome to Joltzly, where our goal is to deliver outstanding charging solution. This Refund Policy applies to all clients engaging with Joltzly solutions, whether through purchasing or using our technology, or by hosting our equipment at their venues. Please review the following terms carefully:

No Refund Policy
Due to the significant production, labor, and logistics costs associated with preparing and deploying Joltzly stations, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on the one-time investment made for acquiring a Joltzly station.

‍Items That Can't Be Returned
1. Once you've opened your Joltzly charging station, we're unable to accept it back. We're all about keeping things fresh and ready to go for all our clients.
2. To qualify for a return, your order must include at least 20 charging stations. It's part of our commitment to serving large-scale events and operations efficiently.
3. If the item returned was not specified for return in the agreement or contract, we cannot process the return.

Exceptional Circumstances‍
Unopened Products
If you have an unopened Joltzly charging station, you are eligible to return it within 30 days of receipt for an 80% refund. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete with all accessories and packaging. Additionally, in special circumstances where a partner or host location needs to request a refund before the production of the Joltzly stations, Joltzly may, at its discretion, consider such requests.

Opened Charging Stations
We're thrilled you've experienced our product! However, we're unable to accept returns for charging stations once they've been opened, damaged, or installed at venues.

How to Make a Return
1. Within 7 days of receiving the charging station, contact our Customer Success Team to request a return. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
‍
2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and guide you through the return process. Ensure the RMA number is written clearly on the package's exterior.
‍
3. Return the package to our designated address using a trackable shipping method. Note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
‍
4. Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, we will initiate the refund using the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
